A Tad Bit of Guilt

There are several people in my life with whom I find it hard to talk about my pregnancy with. Because I know they can't have children, are struggling to conceive or have lost a child in the past. I still talk about things with them, but I do sometimes wonder if, in some small way my joy brings them a little bit of sorrow.

Most people will say that true friends can look past their own hurts and share in your joy and I know this to be true. After my miscarriage I was able to do that very same thing. But I also think that true friends worry about hurting their friends and I don't want to cause even a moment of sadness to anyone I know.
